Incentives Program

The NECA-IBEW 701 Labor Management Cooperation Committee has established an Incentives Program to promote membership participation in continuing education and other activities that are a benefit to them and the electrical industry.

Incentive points are awarded for participation in journeyman training classes, volunteer work in certain community activities, attendance at various union functions.

Points are redeemed at the Local 701 store where there are tools, clothing testing equipment and other items available.

Points may also be redeemed at the Red Wing shoe stores in Lombard at Rt. 53 and Rt. 64 and also the Red wing store on Ogden Ave. in Downers grove. Local 701 members are also eligible for a discount at these stores.
